Camping improves your wellbeing

Camping is the best way to recover from the stress of winter work.  Camping is in fact the ideal holiday to get in contact with nature, breathe clean air, get free of smog filled cities.  Sleeping only a few inches from the ground, walking amongst the trees and some minor mishaps are the best to break the daily routine.  Break with tradition and returning to a more natural pace, more savage, helps you to recharge and return to work full of energy.  Obviously one must leave well-equipped with tents, sleeping bags, mattresses and Byoshower to keep you clean.  Don't think that sleeping outdoors at night means suffering the cold because modern sleeping bags are made to keep warm up even at 0°.

Here are some tips to relax whilst camping.  Do not forget the camping mattress. The tent should not be placed at a point exposed and east to avoid the sun at dawn warms too much, ruining the final hours of sleep.  Before leaving, check the traffic and the weather.  

To improve the welfare of the body you must follow the circadian rhythms of nature, falling asleep at sunset and waking up with the sun.  The alimentation must be as natural and "wild" as possible, with an extensive use of local and seasonal fruits, raw vegetables and some grilled fresh fish.  With this "return to nature" the body finds new energy thanks to the synchronicity between internal rhythms and external environment that reduces the physical and psychological stress caused by city life, computers, work and artificial light.

In short, natural living is fun and adventurous, disrupts daily routines and may let you find peace, prosperity and security.  And what is more important, it is an economic experience and suitable for all ages.  To bring some of these benefits at home, or for those who do not want to try this wonderful adventure, you can buy a gazebo for the garden, and try to live a bit more outside with nature even when you are at home.
